- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in the plumbing industry, with a strong background in the heavy mechanical trade.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the plumbing field.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license is preferred but not required.
