Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled plumbers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Develop and implement effective plumbing strategies to meet company objectives and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the plumbing industry, with a strong background in the heavy mechanical trade.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the plumbing field.
  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license is preferred but not required.
